We collected rent, leased and maintained the properties until they were purchased by the Plaintiff at Sheriff sale. After the sheriff sale we continued to manage the properties for the Plaintiff.

2. Southern Ohio Properties, LLC – April 2008 – Appointed Receiver on a 35 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consisted of 1-9 unit residential rental properties. We collected rent, leased and maintained the properties until they were purchased by the Plaintiff at Sheriff sale. After the sheriff sale we continued to manage the properties and were retained as the selling broker and ultimately sold the properties for the Plaintiff for their REO department.

1. Joshua Chapter One, LLC – April 2008 – Appointed Receiver on an 18 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consisted of 1-4 unit residential rental properties including a luxury condominium. We collected rent, leased and maintained the properties until they were purchased by the Plaintiff at Sheriff sale. After the sheriff sale we continued to manage the properties and were retained as the selling broker and ultimately sold the properties for the Plaintiff for their REO department.
